Secure access to the home network from anywhere

1 Download WARP

2 Connect to Zero Trust

  1. Open the WARP app

    Look for the "1.1.1.1" app icon after installation

  2. Go to Settings

    Click the gear/menu icon → Account

  3. Login to Zero Trust

    Click "Login to Cloudflare Zero Trust" or "Login with Cloudflare for Teams"

  4. Enter team name

    When prompted, enter: jgvip

  5. Sign in with Google

    Use your authorized Google account to authenticate

3 Choose Your Profile

After connecting, you can switch between two VPN modes in the app settings.

Split Tunnel Recommended

Only home network traffic goes through the VPN. Regular internet browsing stays fast and direct.

  • Access devices on 192.168.86.x
  • Normal internet speed
  • Best for everyday use

Full Tunnel Max Security

ALL traffic routes through Cloudflare's network. Use when on untrusted WiFi.

  • Everything encrypted
  • Hides your real IP
  • Best for public WiFi

To switch profiles:
Settings → Advanced → Connection options → Device profile

4 You're Connected!

When the VPN is active, you can access home network resources from anywhere:

  • Router: http://192.168.86.1
  • Services: http://192.168.86.x:PORT
  • File shares: \\192.168.86.x\share
Troubleshooting
If you can't connect, make sure WARP is turned on (toggle should be enabled). Try disconnecting and reconnecting. Still stuck? Contact the admin.
